In2Beds understands that a comfortable night’s sleep is an essential element in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction so much so that we will guarantee an exchange on all divans that have been sold for £299 or more.
The ‘Comfort Guarantee’ ensures that in the event that the original purchase is found to be of the wrong comfort level, then the customer will be entitled to exchange that mattress for a brand new mattress.
The Comfort Guarantee is different from the usual ‘love it or your money back’ style offers in two main ways:
- You will never be without a sleeping surface. We will only collect the bed once we have delivered your new bed. ‘Love it or your money back’ often requires a lengthy process of sending your product back and then collecting a refund.
- This guarantee is a commitment to comfort, ‘Love it or your money back’ is distant selling rules in the guise of a customer guarantee. The 40 Night Comfort Guarantee gives you a chance to acclimatise and evaluate your purchase, enabling you to make an informed decision about the suitability of your sleeping surface.
All that we require is that:
- The customer sleeps on their divan for the first 20 out of 28 days after purchase. Within this time the new mattress will settle and the owner’s body will naturally adjust and realign to afford a more beneficial sleeping position.
- A mattress protector is used so that the mattress remains unmarked and undamaged (we recommend using a waterproof mattress protector). Marked and damaged mattresses will void the guarantee.
- The customer contacts the store after the 28 day trial period and before 40 nights have elapsed. An exchange will be arranged once the customer has selected a new divan.
Terms and Conditions
- If the owner decides that their choice of mattress is proving uncomfortable, they may only re-select a mattress of equal or higher value. In the event that a higher priced alternative is selected, then any difference in price must be paid at the time of re-selection.
- The ‘Comfort Guarantee’ does not cover clearance or ex-display items.
- The ‘Comfort Guarantee’ only covers divans where the mattress is being used on the base supplied.
- This guarantee does not cover the length breadth & height of the divan nor the colour, fabric, headboard or storage options (as none of these elements have any bearing on the comfort provided by the mattress).
- In2Beds will only exchange your mattress under this guarantee once.
- The customer must pay an exchange charge of £25 to cover the cost of admin, collection and redelivery.
- This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
- This is an in store promotion only. We recommend that all customers visit a shop in person when deciding to buy a new mattress/divan. This will give you the opportunity to try out a variety of mattresses before you decide to commit to buying a mattress.
